Jeff Habersetzer is an executive, attorney and restructuring professional with deep experience in real estate, corporate operations, finance, governance and complex legal matters. He brings a practical, multidisciplinary approach to situations involving distressed businesses, real estate assets and significant stakeholder or legal complexity.

Jeff most recently served in senior executive roles at Harbor Custom Development, Inc., a publicly traded real estate development company, including Interim CEO, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel/Corporate Secretary. He helped lead more than $210 million in equity and debt financing, supported large-scale residential development projects and oversaw functions including corporate governance, SEC compliance, construction, insurance, information technology, human resources and complex contracting.

He also played a central role in Harbor Custom Development’s Chapter 11 reorganization, working with restructuring professionals and counsel while helping manage the company through federal bankruptcy proceedings. Earlier in his career, Jeff founded and operated a boutique law firm advising clients on real estate finance, corporate matters and dispute resolution.

Jeff holds a Juris Doctor and MBA from Seattle University, both cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington.

Drew Wate is an investment and real estate professional with extensive experience in private equity, alternative investments, underwriting, capital structuring and portfolio management. His background spans direct real estate investments, fund investments, debt and equity transactions, and complex asset evaluation across a broad range of markets and property types.

Drew most recently served as Vice President of Real Estate at EquityBrix, where he led commercial real estate investment strategy and operations and oversaw the evaluation and structuring of debt and equity investments. Previously, as Vice President of Due Diligence at a boutique investment firm, he evaluated private fund opportunities and helped develop a new investment fund, including financial modeling, partnership structuring and offering materials.

Earlier in his career, Drew spent nearly eight years at Freestone Capital Management, where he helped deploy more than $700 million of equity across approximately 150 debt and equity investments in 34 states and four countries. His work covered the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, closing, portfolio management, investor reporting and team supervision. He later worked independently as a real estate and private equity consultant and helped raise more than $40 million for opportunistic investment strategies.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a concentration in Investments, from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.

Jacob Palmer is an operations and restructuring professional with experience managing complex organizations, imposing financial discipline and building systems for high-accountability environments. His work focuses on operational stability, financial visibility, stakeholder communication and the practical administration of complex matters.

Jacob is a co-founder of Bouncepoint, a software platform built for receivers, trustees and restructuring professionals. Through that work, he has helped design case-management, financial-reporting, document-management and workflow systems tailored to court-appointed and fiduciary environments.

Previously, Jacob served as Senior Director of Content Operations at BestReviews-Nexstar, where he led operational strategy across core and growth business lines, managed significant operating budgets, reviewed P&L performance, contributed to forecasting and led workforce restructuring and reorganization efforts while maintaining business continuity. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Bulletin Board Marketing, advising regulated financial-services startups on communications, compliance-related review, governance documentation and executive messaging.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Gonzaga University.
